Hi, I'm Caroline!
I am a physiotherapist, runner, skier, mountain biker, and outdoor enthusiast. I thrive on collaborating with fellow nature loving adventure seekers.
Keeping you on track with your events and able to enjoy the great outdoors to the fullest is my life’s work and greatest joy!
I decided I wanted to be a physiotherapist during a gap-year working in Colorado. I spent my days around work like everyone else, skiing or snowboarding, running or mountain biking. While I managed to skirt any major injuries of my own, I witnessed numerous instances of injury abruptly taking friends away from the sports, communities, and remote adventures that brought joy, thrill, awe and meaning to their lives. I knew I wanted to spend my life helping people get back to their best lives, and helping them hold on to them as long as possible!
I have never been elite in my sporting pursuits; I would classify myself as more of a “yes!” to the adventure and experience type of athlete. I stay as consistently active as possible in part for the laundry list of health benefits, but largely with the goal of being able to participate in a variety of sports and activities into my oldest years, and to stay healthy and conditioned enough that I can say jump in when opportunity strikes! Calgary is my ideal home base - adventure opportunities abound!
I train specifically for a few running events each year to challenge my endurance and for the thrill of the race, and then I appreciate low structure seasons without specific running pursuits, returning to a wider variety of sports and activities.
I enjoy helping people prepare for all types of sporting events and love to cheer people on through their athletic successes, competitive or recreational.
