Hi, I'm Caroline!
I am a physiotherapist, runner, skier, mountain biker, and outdoor enthusiast. I thrive on collaborating with fellow nature loving adventure seekers.
Keeping you on track with your events and able to enjoy the great outdoors to the fullest is my life’s work and greatest joy!

I decided I wanted to be a physiotherapist during a gap-year working in Colorado. I spent my days around work like everyone else, skiing or snowboarding, running or mountain biking. While I managed to skirt any major injuries of my own, I witnessed numerous instances of injury abruptly taking friends away from the sports, communities, and remote adventures that brought joy, thrill, awe and meaning to their lives. I knew I wanted to spend my life helping people get back to their best lives, and helping them hold on to them as long as possible!
I would classify myself as a “yes!” to the adventure and experiences type of athlete. Running is my main game, and I genuinely love it. You will see me out there most days - always smiling, so how hard can I really be working? I love winter running, the extra adventure element of snow, ice, darkness, and cold. I run commute to the downtown clinic, to the bank, to haircuts. I line up on an event start line once or twice a year, but have a hard time wanting to commit as intensely or exclusively to training as many of the runners that I get to work with as a physio. For all those doing Sinister 7, Grizzly Ultra, Lost Souls Ultra, Death Race, or other such intensive distance and elevation events, I’ve worked with a lot of you, I love to hear about every phase of preparation, and seriously love helping you get to your start-line ready for battle. For any 5k, 10k, 21.1k, 42.2k folks, this is the ball park I live my running life in too, so you’re in good company!
I prioritize sports and recreation in part for the laundry list of health benefits, but mostly it’s my main source of fun, and I to be able to enjoy all of these activities into my oldest years. Calgary is my ideal home base - adventure opportunities abound!
If I’m not in Calgary going about my usual work-recreation life, I am probably visiting my roots on the west coast where trail running, kayaking, camping and surfing take over. If I’m not training for a long fall running event, I spend a lot of my summer on a mountain bike.
I love helping people prepare for all types of sporting events, cheering people on through their athletic successes, competitive or recreational.
